  1. Hi Ben- a quick question. I just listened to the audio with Samal (?) And I am impressed with his training regimen. Ten to 12 hours a week is great. I did a full I’M in 2011 and got burned out with the traditional training. I am doing a half in 2015. Before i buy beyond training-does it go oVer minimalist training plans or how to create them? I want to have fun on the 70.3 and not take away from the family with training.

  2. Not sure if this is the right location to ask a question for the podcast. Anyways, Any new advice for reversing hair loss or slowing the process down? I have listened to your poscast on hairloss and have tried all your recommendations – iodine, vitamin D, eliminating grains/sugar, reducing stress. My blood work came back with optimal levels of hormones, vitamins, etc. I have a difficult time accepting “genetics” as the root cause. The real question is “what is igniting the issue?”
