I try and eat everything as much as possible raw. I really appreciate having people like you to look up to. I find it is very important for us to talk about how great it feels to eat healthy because honestly, I don't really think people know how important food is for their health. Before I became aware of the importance of food, I really didn't consider myself ignorant, but being healthy really is something you have to try to believe. thanks man

    Hi Ben,

    Great podcast with Rich.

Regarding your swimming routine, I’d like your take on the overly chemical-ed and chlorinated pools. We spend our lives consuming a life of watching what we consume, where it’s from, is the the freshest, we train really hard, etc… I’m fearful that chlorinated pools getting into my system on a regular basis is extremely harmful and toxic.

    Your thoughts?

    Thanks!

    1. Great question! I covered it pretty well over here https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/2012/05/how-t… If you have more specific questions, call them in for the podcast and I'll dive deeper http://www.speakpipe.com/bengreenfield

  3. Loved this conversation. You brought up Ayurveda, which is my main focus in my medical practice. Another great resource to learn about the constitutional types is Prakruti by Robert Svoboda. I have lots of info on my site too. I encourage clean eating enthusiasts to check out more about refining your diet according to your Ayurvedic constitution.

Thanks for the great information and lively discussions,

    Dr. Sharada Hall
