So glad I'd heard this podcast and recently read the book. Excellent timing. I had heard Miss Olga had passed away last week at 95. RIP Olga.

Besides being a sexual educator, one of my hobbies is teaching Qigong to seniors. She is one of our great Canadian models. I have been using Olga as an example for years! Staying active is the key.

I love that she uses a wine bottle every night…to roll on her back! Go Olga!
