  1. Thanks Ben. Question: I am interested in trying the fat loss protocol you outlined in this presentation, but I have extremely limited opportunities to work out in the afternoon or early evening on weekdays (I usually get home from work at about 8). My only chance to work out on weekdays is usually in the morning before work. How would you modify your fat loss protocol accordingly? Or would you follow a different protocol entirely? Thanks for your thoughts!

    1. Just do your whole workout in the morning before work! A good plan that you do is better than a perfect plan that you don't! And then just be as active as possible at work!
