August 2010

I have a confession.

I’m really not very productive, focused, or relaxed unless I can go to a nice, quiet place (like my backyard, shown in the videos below) and do a series of precise stretches, every morning, no matter what.

And I do the same stretches every morning.

When you start your day with a stretch, especially if you can do so in a quiet or serene location, your completely de-stress your body and prepare your mind for productivity.

When you start your day with a stretch, you’re also more likely to exercise later in the day.

So here is the exact stretch routine that I do every morning, no matter what. It takes me about 6-8 minutes, and I hold each stretch for 8-10 seconds.

Seem like quite a few stretches to do every morning? If you’re pinched for time but just want the one single stretch that will completely prepare your body for lower body exercise, then check it out…I just posted in this week’s Body Transformation Club.
