In this video, I demonstrate a beach body workout for guys or girls to do that works on 3 key areas of your body:

1) Your shoulders/chest “V”-shaped appearance

2) The back of your arms

3) Your butt, hips and thighs

Either sex can do this workout, with a range of 10-15 reps for each exercise. Leave comments below if you have questions!

Great workout! That beach however looks like a typical northwest beach in the summer and probably not one I’d be sportin’ a bathing suit on. Brr.

The first two moves are actually Yoga positions. First you were in down dog and then went into chaturanga, the second move you were in plank pose. Good workout.
