Wow, giving this away for free is huge. Thanks, Ben – I know these tips and secrets were gathering over years of trial and error on your part.

As an avid supporter of recovery myself, I have adopted many of these recommendations. While I still get sore occasionally, my recovery is better than it has been in years. I had to take 2 days off recently after a very hard workout, but on the morning of day 3 I was ready to go hard again.
