Hi ben,
I just wanted to take this opportunity to disagree with Jennifer Sage on a couple of points from a mountain bikers perspective.
Keeping my body stable wile standing and sprinting is something that has helped me climb things I would never dream off before spin classes.
High cadence sprints is something that I use all the time as a mountain biker.
Finally, I like to view these classes as a race. Why else would you want to be working out in a room with a bunch of other people if not to push you that little extra. I can do a long easy cardio session on a tredmill on my own.

[...] -Listener Andrew asks: “I was hoping you could clear up some confusion I have about caffeine. Currently, I avoid caffeine at all costs. I consume no caffeine whatsoever. My question is if caffeine can be a part of a good nutrition plan. Would it be okay (or perhaps even beneficial) to have a cup of coffee each day? Or perhaps to begin drinking green tea? What is your opinion on the FRS energy products and the caffeine they contain? I’ve heard glowing reviews of that product line, even from Lance Armstrong himself.” Click here to listen to the podcast where Ben Greenfield talks about Quercetin in FRS Energy Drinks OR… Click here for the podcast with Ben’s general overview of FRS Energy Drinks.
Hi Ben,

I listened to this podcast and last year all I used was the low-cal FRS concentrate as an energy drink, but this year I tried the Delta-E and I'm having better results by far with the Delta-E.

Hi Ben-

I listened to your podcast that included FRS because I was very interested in the ACTIVE ingredient, Quercitin. Instead I got what everybody knows about the woes of sugar and it's substitutes. Why no comment on Quercitin?
